Use this guide to calculate the ideal ski length for you:
Start with your correct height. How tall are you? The ideal ski length depends on your height - in other words, the taller you are, the longer your skis should be. There is a general rule of thumb that you can use to calculate the length of your skis: For every centimeter of height, you should add 0.1 meters to the length of your skis. For example, someone who is 1.8 m tall will ideally use skis with a length of 1.98 m.
Consider your weight and skiing style. Your weight and skiing style also play a role in calculating the ideal ski length. If you are looking for heavier skis that have more stability and power, we recommend increasing the suggested length by around 5 cm. If you prefer lighter skis or freestyle skiing, you should subtract around 2 cm from the suggested length.
Test out different options. At the end of the day, it's best to try out different options and see what you like best - after all, it's your ski! The more experience you gain and the more time you spend finding out what you like and works best, the easier it will be for you to judge which type of ski will work best for you.
